A Supportive Community For All’s Community Needs Assessment (CNA) was presented to an audience of 150 people at the 2019 Key Leaders Summit. Input for the CNA was compiled from existing data sources and direct input was gathered from hundreds of community members. The 105-page report is a comprehensive overview of the social and human service needs of Snoqualmie Valley residents of all ages.

The publication of this report marks the first time that data has been isolated to just the Valley. This provides a baseline upon which future CNAs can be compared.

The findings are a true nugget of information for everyone in our communities:

  • For human and social service providers, the findings will help to identify needs among those they serve and provide the data needed to seek funding to address those needs.
  • For our elected officials both locally and regionally, the data helps to underscore the unique needs of our residents and the importance of continued (and increased) funding.
  • For our neighbors, friends, and community leaders, this report demonstrates that need takes many forms and sheds a light on where to find resources.

The SCFA Community Needs Assessment is available online at https://asupportivecommunityforall.org/sno-valley-data/. We are collecting feedback to the report via a survey available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YT2L2N9.

Strengthening community connections to make human services more accessible in the Snoqualmie Valley.
