A Supportive Community For All (SCFA) held our third Work Group meeting on Monday, May 6th and it was a big one. James Whitfield, CEO of Leadership Eastside and Work Group facilitator, led the team through an exercise called “rapid prototyping” where the Work Group learned how to translate the concepts learned in prior meetings into real-world practice. Through rapid prototyping our diverse team learned how to go out into their communities, seek input, and then design new ways of coordinating human services in the Valley that reflect the needs and experiences of the people who both use and influence human services. The Supportive Community For All Partner Team can’t wait to see the Work Group put these adaptive practices into action in service of our Valley.
SHARED PURPOSE – A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY FOR ALL
Strengthen community connections by building an inclusive coalition of service providers and key community stakeholders around a shared vision of coordinated human services across Snoqualmie Valley.
