community needs assessment

The Partner Team for a Supportive Community For All engaged BERK Consulting in conducting a Community Needs Assessment. The purpose of the Community Needs Assessment is to provide a SCFA with foundational information on the unique needs of valley residents to direct efforts to effectively coordinate the delivery of human services. The data will help identify the health and human services needs of Snoqualmie Valley residents to better match people with services that address their needs.
