Announcing the Release of the 2025 Community Needs Assessment!

We are proud to announce the release of the 2025 Snoqualmie Valley Community Needs Assessment, completed by BERK Consulting on behalf of A Supportive Community For All and the Snoqualmie Valley Human Services Coalition. This comprehensive report provides critical insights into the needs of our community, highlighting key areas where support is most needed to foster a healthier, more equitable future for all residents.

The assessment brings together data from across the region, identifying the challenges faced by our community and the opportunities for positive change. It will serve as a key resource for local leaders, organizations, and stakeholders as we work collaboratively to address pressing issues and strengthen the well-being of Snoqualmie Valley.

We invite you to explore the findings and join us in taking meaningful action to ensure that everyone in our community has the support and resources they need to thrive.

  • 2019 Sno-Valley Needs Assessment Report - Captures demographics, needs, and barriers to accessing services in the Snoqualmie Valley (2019). Top local needs identified included supports for older adults, veterans, and youth; mental health support; Stronger community connections to increase social cohesion and understanding; and transportation and housing. Barriers to accessing services that were identified included: Lack of awareness around what services are available;  complexity of navigating available services; An ethos of self-reliance that deters people from seeking help; A lack of anonymity in accessing services because of the small-town nature of the Sno-Valley; Locations of services. 
  • Asset Inventory Map - Maps organizations & resources available to Snoqualmie Valley residents (updated 2019).
  • King County Communities of Opportunity Headline Indicators - Presents indicators on health, housing costs, economic opportunity, community connection and residential migration for place based communities (including Snoqualmie/North Bend)
  • Communities Count - Communities Count is a public-private partnership that provides data to support equity work and monitor the health and well-being of King County communities.
  • Self Sufficiency Standard: Washington State - Defines the income working families need to meet a minimum yet adequate level, taking into account family composition, ages of children, and geographic differences in costs. The Standard is an affordability and living wage economic security measure that provides an alternative to the official poverty measure.
