Jody Miesel, Executive Director (she/her)
Originally from New England, Jody fell in love with the Snoqualmie Valley after relocating to Carnation in 2012 to lead Sno-Valley Harvest, a then fledgling gleaning program now known as Hopelink Harvest.
A macro social worker and qualitative researcher by training, Jody has over 20 years of experience working with and on behalf of low-income and historically marginalized individuals and communities in nonprofit, academic, and government settings. In her free time, you can find Jody enjoying food with friends, gardening, reading in public, or binge watching dystopian tv/movies.

Malia Pownall, Partnerships and Engagement Manager (she/her)
Malia hails from the east coast and brings experience as a community connector and environmental educator. She aims to center equity and practice empathy in her pursuit of work as an agent of change with communities.
Malia pursued an MS in Forest Resources & Environmental Conservation at Virginia Tech, where she studied environmental education in the context of culturally responsive teaching. Afterwards, Malia thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2022 and then the Pacific Crest Trail in 2023, where she fell in love with the moss and mushrooms in the forests of Washington State.
As of March 2024, Malia is a new member of the Snoqualmie Valley community! Outside of the office, find Malia exploring trails, paddling in a canoe, trying new recipes, and soaking up the sunshine.

Taylor Kelley, Capacity Building Consultant (she/her)
As a Washington native, Taylor has always admired the beauty of the Snoqualmie Valley and is grateful to be able to work in this community.
Upon completing her internship at A Supportive Community For All and receiving her BA in Human Development from Washington State University, Taylor accepted a position as a full-time employee as Navigation Program Coordinator, was quickly promoted to Case Manager, and now serves as a Capacity Building Consultant, putting her passion for equity, connection, and helping others at the forefront of her work.
When she is not working Taylor enjoys baking, spending time outside with friends and family, reading and tending to her houseplants.

Dani Páramo, Case Manager (he/him)
Born near Miami to Latin American immigrant parents, Dani spent his early years traveling between El Salvador, Mexico, and Puerto Rico before his family eventually settled in Washington. Dani grew up in Duvall and later attended Washington State University, where he earned his BA in Journalism and Multimedia Communication, and Spanish Language and Culture. At WSU, he nurtured a passion for writing, storytelling, and connection.
After starting his professional career in marketing, Dani realized his passion lay beyond branding and strategy - he wanted his work to make a difference, leading him to A Supportive Community For All, where he now focuses on serving underrepresented communities and helping those in need. As a Case Manager, Dani uses his passion, skills, and experience to make meaningful connections with the community for a more just and equitable community.
Outside of work, Dani lives and breathes fútbol, playing and watching weekly – if he can help it, he'll never miss a match! Dani also enjoys meaningful time with his wife, family, and friends, and will always make time to walk his dog, Ghost.
